I’m Yindy Felkins, Founder of Hard Hat Business Coaching and a Fractional COO and Operating Advisor to founder-led companies ready to scale profitably and build enterprise value.

Over the past 20 years in the construction industry, I operated at the executive level inside a $120M organization, helping grow the business from $60M to $120M while leading multi-functional teams of more than 300 employees.

I’ve experienced firsthand what breaks as companies scale — from people and systems to structure, accountability, and execution. I’ve navigated the operational complexity of rapid growth and built the leadership frameworks required to support it.

Today, I partner with business owners to transform founder-dependent operations into scalable, leadership-driven organizations. My work focuses on building the systems, organizational structure, and execution rhythm that enable sustainable growth, stronger profitability, and exit readiness.
